Recently, Longding Aluminum has achieved a new breakthrough with 12 consecutive furnaces of continuous production for special alloys including 8011, 3003 and 3003+Zn+Zr. This trial systematically verified the company’s full-process process control capacity and production organization level covering melting, continuous casting and rolling.
During production, Longding Aluminum maintained strict control over melt composition and refining quality, fully implemented process specifications throughout the whole procedure, and realized transparent management via a real-time notification mechanism.
Longding Aluminum stated that it will take this achievement as an opportunity to continuously optimize manufacturing processes, expand the production capacity of high value-added products, and further strengthen the enterprise’s core competitiveness.
